You can make your payment online to First Place through PayPal.

Click the 'Buy Now' button below
Enter the amount you've been invoiced for co-payment or child care services in the 'Price per item' field
Do not change the Quantity of the items
Click the 'Continue' button

When you continue you will be taken to PayPal where you can login to your PayPal account, or choose to pay without logging in.
